What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. We are closed for major holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Do I need an appointment?
We are an appointment based staffing agency. You are free to complete an application in our office anytime during business hours, however, there’s no guarantee a recruiter will be available to speak with you.

How much do your services cost?
Our services are always free to applicants.

Why do I need a resume?
With such a competitive market, it is important to make yourself stand out from the crowd. A well-formed resume can mean the difference in landing A job or landing THE job. Clients review resumes based on your employment history and skills; it is one of the building blocks we use to ensure we are matching the right candidate with the right skills for the client.

Why do I need to fill out a paper application if I applied online?
Our in-house application provides us with much more information than what is required through our website. It allows us to review work history, reasons for leaving positions, references, skill sets, education, etc. Even if you sent in a resume, the paper application will be required for placement.

I applied online, now what?
After applying online, the application is sent to out to our recruiting team for review. Typically, it takes 24-48 hours for one of our team members to reach out to you regarding your application.

How long does it take to find a job with your agency?
The time frame can vary depending on a number of factors including a number of positions we have in that week, the amount of competition in the marketplace, your skill set, as well as your needs in regard to shift, pay, and location.

What should I expect when I come in for my interview?

Plan at least 30-45 minutes for your interview. There is a short application to complete, then one of our recruiting team members will sit down with you and discuss your qualifications and what you are looking for.

What should I wear to my interview?
First impressions are huge. Dress to impress. Nice jeans, khakis, or slacks are appropriate for an in office interview.

What should I bring with me to my interview?
Make sure to bring 2 forms of identification to your interview as well as a copy of your resume.

What is your policy on hiring people with felony records?
A felony conviction does not automatically exclude you from being hired for some positions. A determination is based upon client policy and the nature of the job.

Are drug screens required for employment through your agency?
You may have to take a drug test depending on client requirements.

When is pay day?
We pay on a weekly basis, every Friday. The pay periods run from Monday through Sunday.

Do you offer direct deposit, pay cards, or paper checks?
At this time, you can opt for a paper check or direct deposit. We will need a voided check or letter from your bank to enroll you in direct deposit.

Do you offer benefits?
Yes! When you get offered a position, we will go over the various options we have for medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance.

Do you provide protective equipment for certain job sites?
If wearing protective equipment is a requirement of the position and the client does not provide the PPE on site, we will provide it for you. However, if the job site requires certain footwear, you will be required to purchase the shoes on your own before beginning work.

Do you pay for referrals?
Yes! We provide a $100 referral bonus if you refer us a candidate who gets put to work and makes it 90 days.

What type of positions do you staff for?
We offer a wide-range of positions, generally in the accounting, industrial, warehousing, manufacturing, and administrative career fields. Please keep an eye on our job board for the most up to date listings.

Can I bring someone with me when I fill out the application? Can he/she sit in the lobby while I interview?
Different offices may have more relaxed rules; however, as is a general policy, it is inappropriate to bring children or guests to a job interview. Our office does not permit children in the waiting area.
