Employer FAQs
Contractor time is due by 5:00 p.m. every Monday for the week prior.
Some of our clients already have a way to collect time from employees whether it be by a time clock system or their own time sheet. You can email or fax time over from those already established systems, or we can provide you with time sheets. Please send all time to admin@barracudastaffing.com.
Our pay periods run from Monday 12:00 a.m. to Sunday 11:59 p.m. each week.
Pay day is each Friday. We offer either direct deposit or a pay card option. The process of setting up these payment options can take one-two weeks. During this time, the contractor will receive a paper check. Depending on the client’s location, we will drop the check off at the job site, mail the live check or make arrangements for the contractor to pick up the check at our office.
Barracuda Staffing does not pay holiday pay to its contractors. However, if the client would like to pay out holiday pay, we will do so at straight cost with no upcharge or additional fees.
Absolutely! Any time you want to add a bonus, just let us know. You will see a 20 percent charge on that bonus amount to cover processing and taxes.
Yes! We offer health insurance that is made available to the contractor during the new hire process as well as during open enrollment or any qualifying life event. Barracuda Staffing will invoice the client for the cost of the employer-paid portion of any benefit plan offered.
You bet! If you are completely satisfied with the contractor Barracuda Staffing provided and would like to hire the person permanently before your contract is up, then please reach out to your account manager to discuss buy-out rates.
Invoices will be sent out each Friday for hours turned in the previous Monday. Payment is due net 15 days from the date of invoice. If there are questions or concerns regarding your invoice, please reach out to our office manager at admin@barracudastaffing.com or call our office at (918) 488-0887.
