We are currently looking to fill a Day Glass Table Operator (SS) position with a Company: the ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience working with fiberglass or composites (FRP) in an industrial setting. The Glass Table Operator/Helper wraps fiberglass reinforcements around mandrels used in the manufacture of centrifugally cast pipe. We are looking for dependable, extremely motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow into leaders in their field with a globally-recognized local company.

Hours: 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Overtime Some Possible
Starting Pay: $11.00 per hour, depending on experience
Day Glass Table Operator Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures correct material, width, and weight, is used by referencing Detailed Process Instructions (DPI);
- Able to layout material in correct sequence and position;
- Inspects fiberglass for imperfections. Cuts material to proper lengths;
- Prepares work area and materials and keeps them free of foreign objects/debris;
- May be required to prepare batch mixes of resin as needed;
- May be required to assist with cleaning of cast pipe mold tubes as needed;
- Willing to perform other duties as assigned.
Day Glass Table Operator Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have positive attitude and strong safety awareness;
- Must have strong math skills and ability to read measuring tape and measuring scales;
- Works well as part of a crew with some supervision.
Climate Controlled Facility? Mixed Environment
Safety Equipment Required: Steel-Toed Boots
Required Education Level: High School – GED
