Job Description

We are currently looking to fill a Residential Remodeling and Maintenance position with a Tulsa Company: the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recent experience in the remodel and repair of residential properties.  Are you tired of being on-call 24/7?  Tired of dealing with Tenants?  Come work for a local Residential Property Developer who is looking for a conscientious, diligent contractor who cares about craftsmanship!

Shift: 1st, Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Overtime
Starting Pay: $16 – $20 per hour, depending on experience


Residential Remodeling and Maintenance Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to repair/remodel exterior siding, windows, and doors/knobs
  • Able to prepare interior for demo/remodeling
  • Able to perform fixture repair and replacement, including faucets, sinks, and toilets
  • Able to remodel bathrooms including tubs, surrounds, and tile work
  • Able to install/replace lighting fixtures

Residential Remodeling and Maintenance Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must be a hard worker who takes initiative and completes professional, quality work
  • Able to work well independently or supervise/coordinate additional labor
  • Able to complete projects on time and on budget
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, stoop, or reach throughout shift
Climate Controlled Facility? Mixed Work Environment
Safety Equipment Required: Must have own tools
Required Education Level: High School – GED
