Day Shift Laser Helper

The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing physically demanding, hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and be willing to learn new skills. We are looking for a dependable individual who has a strong work ethic, works well with others, and is committed to producing quality work.

Location: Verdigris, OK (Interviews will take place in Claremore, OK)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus Saturday overtime available

Pay: $20.50/hr

• Load and unload materials using an overhead crane.

• Assist with material handling and production operations around industrial laser cutting equipment.

• Walk on laser-table slats while performing assigned duties.

• Accurately stamp parts while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.

• Repeatedly lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

• Work alongside other production team members to maintain an efficient workflow.

• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs throughout the workday.

• Must be comfortable walking on laser-table slats.

• Comfortable working around overhead cranes and industrial manufacturing equipment.

• Previous overhead crane, material handling, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.

• Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays when needed.

• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial facility.

• Must have steel-toe or composite-toe boots on the first day.
