Band Saw Operator
Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the Tulsa area, is seeking a Band Saw Operator to join their first-shift team. Previous band saw experience is a plus but is not required. The company is willing to consider candidates who have demonstrated success operating other types of machinery and have the mechanical aptitude to learn.

Pay: $21–$22/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
• 4:00 AM–2:30 PM or 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 30-minute lunch
• Overtime may be available and is typically worked on Fridays
Responsibilities
• Set up and operate industrial band saw equipment to cut material according to job specifications
• Measure and position material to ensure accurate cuts
• Make necessary machine adjustments based on material and job requirements
• Load, unload, and safely handle materials throughout the cutting process
• Utilize overhead cranes when needed to move heavier materials
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with other members of the shop team
Requirements / Qualifications
• Previous successful machine operation experience required; band saw or HEM saw experience is a plus
• Manufacturing, fabrication, or machine shop experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment and processes
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure and follow job specifications
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to help where needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
• Must provide your own steel-toe safety shoes
