A current Oklahoma Access Control Manager License is required for this position.
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $70,000–$85,000+ per year, DOE

- Current Oklahoma Access Control Manager License—required

- Experience with installation, service, troubleshooting, and/or project management within access control or a related low-voltage field
- Ability and willingness to remain hands-on while the division is being built
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of a developing operation
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist other areas of the business when needed
- Strong character, work ethic, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently without significant day-to-day oversight
Highly Preferred
- Previous experience leading access control projects, technicians, or operations
- Estimating or project management experience
- Sales or business development experience within access control, security, low voltage, construction, or a related industry
- Existing industry relationships or experience developing new customer accounts
- Experience with automatic gate operators, gate automation systems, and related gate hardware

Growth Opportunity
This position is designed to grow alongside the company’s access control business. Initially, the role will be hands-on and may include supporting other areas of the company as access control projects are developed.
For someone with a strong sales or business development background, there is an opportunity to spend more time developing customers, generating new business, and growing the division rather than remaining primarily in the field.
As the division expands, this individual will have the opportunity to take greater ownership of its operations, customer base, projects, and future team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced access control professional who wants the chance to help build something rather than simply maintain an existing department.
