Day Shift Fabrication Helper

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with a company that offers hands-on work, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth. Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience is not required!

The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating saw equipment, have strong attention to detail, and be able to accurately read a tape measure. We are looking for a dependable individual who has a strong work ethic, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn new skills.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus Saturday overtime available

Pay: $20.50/hr

• Operate a saw to cut steel beams for industrial fabrication.

• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure to ensure proper cutting dimensions.

• Assist with preparing cut materials for the fabrication process.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when measuring and cutting steel components.

• Follow established equipment operating procedures and safety guidelines.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.

• Previous saw operation, metal fabrication, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

• Comfortable working with industrial cutting equipment and learning proper operating procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work well with others in a manufacturing environment.

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial facility.

• Must have steel-toe or composite-toe boots on the first day.
