Day Shift Industrial Painter

The ideal candidate will have hands-on painting experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes. We are looking for a dependable individual who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus Saturday overtime available

Pay: $21–$24/hr, depending on experience

• Apply paint and protective coatings to industrial manufactured components.

• Prepare components for painting and coating applications.

• Produce consistent, quality finishes that meet company standards.

• Follow established painting procedures and safety guidelines.

• Maintain attention to detail throughout the painting and coating process.

• Keep painting equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized.

• Must have previous experience in industrial painting, manufacturing painting, or skilled automotive painting.

• Must be able to be fitted for a full-face or half-mask respirator.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to follow established painting procedures and safety requirements.

• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Must have steel-toe or composite-toe boots on the first day.
