Our client, a growing manufacturing company in the Catoosa area near the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join their team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with dimensional and first article inspection, familiarity with internal/ISO audits, and the ability to investigate the root cause of quality issues. They are also looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in doing things the right way. A fundamental understanding of welding is preferred; additional training can be provided on weld quality inspection.


Pay: $20–$27/hr DOE


Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform first article and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts and components
• Use precision measuring and inspection tools to verify parts meet specifications
• Conduct internal and ISO audits to ensure processes and procedures are being followed
• Monitor floor-level quality practices and identify areas of nonconformance
• Investigate defective or nonconforming parts and assist with root cause analysis
• Evaluate quality issues involving both internally processed parts and external suppliers
• Inspect weld quality and identify potential defects or concerns
• Document inspection results and quality findings accurately
• Work with production teams to address quality
 concerns and corrective actions

Requirements / Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong dimensional and first article inspection experience
• Familiarity with internal audits and ISO quality processes
• Experience identifying defects and assisting with root cause analysis
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and tolerances
• Comfortable using precision measuring and inspection equipment
• Fundamental understanding of welding; weld inspection experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable with a strong work ethic
