Night Shift Structural Welder
We are currently looking to fill a Night Shift Structural Welder position with an established manufacturing company in Claremore, OK, specializing in large industrial air-cooling equipment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, preferably with structural welding and pulsed MIG, and be comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to producing quality work.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM, plus Saturday overtime available
Pay: $27/hr
Responsibilities
Perform structural welding using pulsed MIG on large fabricated steel components.
Produce quality welds that meet company standards.
Work on large industrial structures and fabricated components.
Perform welding tasks at heights up to 20 feet.
Follow established welding procedures and maintain consistency and accuracy throughout the welding process.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must successfully pass a Pulse MIG weld test.
Must be comfortable working and welding at heights up to 20 feet.
Previous structural welding and pulsed MIG experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Must have steel-toe or composite-toe boots on the first day.
