Day Shift Side Frame Welder

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MIG and Fluxcore welding, preferably in structural or industrial fabrication environments. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, have a strong work ethic, and work well in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus Saturday overtime available

Pay: $24/hr

• Perform MIG and Fluxcore welding on steel side-frame components used in large industrial air-cooling equipment.

• Perform overhead and downhill MIG welding and horizontal Fluxcore welding as required.

• Produce quality welds that meet visual inspection standards.

• Work closely with other welders and fabrication team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

• Follow established welding procedures and maintain consistency and attention to detail throughout the welding process.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

• Must successfully pass a weld test consisting of straight MIG overhead and downhill welding, along with horizontal Fluxcore welding.

• Weld test must pass visual inspection.

• Previous structural frame welding and multi-position welding experience preferred.

• Must be comfortable working closely with others in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Must have steel-toe or composite-toe boots on the first day.
