Day Shift Robot Welder Trainee
We are currently looking to fill a Day Shift Robot Welder Trainee position with an established manufacturing company in Claremore, OK, specializing in large industrial air-cooling equipment.
Job Description
This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in CNC machinery, programming, or technical machine operations who are interested in learning robotic welding technology. No previous welding experience is required, as training will be provided!
The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, comfortable working with computerized equipment, and eager to learn new technical skills. We are looking for dependable individuals who have strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and an interest in working with automated manufacturing equipment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus Saturday overtime available
Pay: $20.50/hr
Responsibilities
Train to operate robotic welding equipment used in the manufacturing of industrial air-cooling components.
Learn CNC and programming functions associated with robotic welding operations.
Operate and monitor automated welding equipment to support production.
Develop an understanding of machine controls and automated manufacturing processes.
Follow established operating procedures and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Requirements / Qualifications
Previous experience with CNC machinery, programming, or technical machine operations.
No previous welding experience required; training will be provided.
Strong interest in learning robotic welding and automated manufacturing technology.
Comfortable working with computerized equipment and learning new technical processes.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work well with others.
Must have steel-toe or composite-toe boots on the first day.
