Day Shift Finning Helper

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with a company that offers hands-on training, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth. Previous manufacturing experience is not required!

The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing repetitive, physically demanding work, have strong attention to detail, and be able to accurately read a tape measure. We are looking for dependable individuals who have a strong work ethic, work well with others, and are willing to learn new skills.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus Saturday overtime available

Pay: $20.50/hr

• Train to operate finning machinery used in the manufacturing of industrial air-cooling equipment.

• Unload finished fin tubes from machinery and place them onto designated racks.

• Operate a saw to cut approximately 500–600 fins per day.

• Perform repetitive bending, lifting, and hand movements throughout the shift.

• Accurately read and use a tape measure to ensure proper measurements.

• Work alongside other production team members to maintain an efficient workflow.

• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.

• Must be comfortable with repetitive bending, lifting, and hand movements throughout the workday.

• Ability to perform physically demanding manufacturing work.

• Previous saw operation or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Must have steel-toe or composite-toe boots on the first day.
