Class A Flatbed Driver
Our client is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Driver who is comfortable driving a manual transmission and wants to be home nearly every night. This is a hands-on driving position for someone who is willing to do more than simply get behind the wheel. Drivers will haul sod regionally, assist with loading and securing their own loads, and support projects as needed.

Location: Claremore, OK
Pay: $21–$25/hr DOE + Time-and-a-Half Overtime After 40 Hours
Schedule & Home Time
• Home Daily (99%): You will be home almost every night.
• Typical Start Time: Around 6:30 AM at the Claremore location.
• Early Starts: Drivers must be willing to leave earlier when project locations require additional drive time.
• Variable End Times: The end of the day depends on project location and workload. Some days may end around 4:00 PM, while others may run until 9:00 PM.
• Occasional Travel: Rare out-of-town projects may require an overnight stay, primarily for site watering duties.
Responsibilities
• Operate Class A trucks with manual transmissions; there are no automatic trucks in the fleet.
• Haul flatbed trailers to and from harvesting and project locations.
• Navigate trucks and flatbed trailers in and out of agricultural harvesting sites.
• Secure and unsecure loads safely.
• Learn to load your own truck using a front-end loader at harvesting sites.
• Eventually take full responsibility for loading, securing, and hauling your own loads.
• Assist with watering sod at project sites as needed.
• Work varying end times depending on project location and number of loads.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Valid Class A CDL with 3+ years of verifiable driving experience.
• Must be proficient driving a manual transmission.
• Must be physically able to strap and unstrap loads, operate equipment, and work in extreme outdoor temperatures.
• Previous front-end loader experience is highly preferred; willingness to learn and become proficient is required.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean MVR and registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
