With such a competitive market, it is important to make yourself stand out from the crowd. A well-formed resume can mean the difference in landing A job or landing THE job. Clients review resumes based on your employment history and skills; it is one of the building blocks we use to ensure we are matching the right candidate with the right skills for the client.
Our in-house application provides us with much more information than what is required through our website. It allows us to review work history, reasons for leaving positions, references, skill sets, education, etc. Even if you sent in a resume, the application will be required for placement.
After applying online, the application is sent to our recruiting team for review. Typically, it takes 24-48 hours for one of our team members to reach out to you regarding your application.
The timeframe can vary depending on a number of factors including the number of positions we have in that week, the amount of competition in the marketplace, your skill set, as well as your needs in regard to shift, pay and location.
Plan at least 30-45 minutes for your interview. There is a short application to complete, then one of our recruiting team members will sit down with you and discuss your qualifications and what you are looking for.
First impressions are huge. Dress to impress. Nice jeans, khakis or slacks are appropriate for an in-office interview.
Make sure to bring two forms of identification to your interview as well as a copy of your resume.
A felony conviction does not automatically exclude you from being hired for some positions. A determination is based upon client policy and the nature of the job.
You may have to take a drug test depending on client requirements.
If wearing protective equipment is a requirement of the position and the client does not provide the PPE on site, we will provide it for you. However, if the job site requires certain footwear, you will be required to purchase the shoes on your own before beginning work.
We offer a wide range of positions, generally in the accounting, industrial, warehousing, manufacturing, and administrative career fields. Please keep an eye on our job board for the most up-to-date listings.
