We are currently looking to fill a Grinder/Shop Help position with a Catoosa Company: the ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience as a grinder or with general shop help. We are looking for dependable, extremely motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow into leaders in their field with a major local company serving customers nationwide.

Shift: 1st, Monday – Thursday, occasional Fridays
Hours: 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Overtime Some Possible
Starting Pay: $12.00 to start
Grinder/Shop Help Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Able to skillfully grind, deburr, clean, or polish metal surfaces to prepare for additional finishing activities
- Able to identify part issues and communicate effectively to coworkers and supervisors
- Organized and safety minded (see Shop Safety and 5S suggestions below)
- Willing to learn new duties and improve skills as needed
Grinder/Shop Help Requirements/Qualifications:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, or reach throughout shift
- Able to demonstrate core values of integrity, teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement
Climate Controlled Facility? No
Safety Equipment Required: Steel-Toed Boots
Required Education Level: High School – GED
