We are currently looking to hire an office manager for a Tulsa company.
Pay for the Office Manager position will commensurate with experience – We prefer someone with experience of 3-5 years. Well experienced in Quick Books and Excel, as well as Accounts Receivable/Payable. Someone who can run the show.
Family owned company.
This position has 3 main responsibilities as follows:
- Phone answering
- Office Management
- Basic Bookkeeping – AR/AP
This person will be the voice and face of the company– so must be energetic and positive person who possesses the following characteristics and can accomplish these tasks:
- Answering phones
- Managing AR / AP
- Quickbooks/Word/Excel experience
- Basic reporting – sales / vendor / finance
- Office communication
- Manage all HR tasks
- Strong Excel capabilities
