We are currently looking to fill a Warehouse position with a company in Oklahoma City.
Day Shift Position
$12 per hour to start with raise after probationary period.
The primary job responsibility of the Warehouse Associate is to maintain an organized warehouse at the facility. All incoming items must be physically placed in the designated location within the facility and properly accounted for in the computer system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Direct incoming trucks to proper dock area – Unload trucks using the proper equipment.
b) Verify invoice – Check freight against invoice, record any variances and look for
damaged freight. Report any damaged goods to the Office Manager.
c) Stock items – Place the received items into the proper stock area. Use the proper
equipment with care to put goods in proper placement. Ensure older stock is being
rotated to the front. Look for special instructions on shipment, delivery or call for
backorders. Notify Sales Counter Associates of special instructions.
d) Ship Orders – Pull stock and prepare orders to be shipped
e) Documentation – Complete all appropriate documentation for ship outs. (i.e. bill of
f) Monitor stock – Check stock areas daily to ensure stock is in its correct place, pull tags
are pulled when triggers met, and replenish overstock thinners when consumed.
g) Keep the Receiving and Warehouse area clean – Discard broken pallets, cardboard,
empty boxes, etc.
h) Completed duties – Assist the in the Tinting and Sales Counter departments.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Well-developed communication skills both oral and written are required to communicate effectively. Must be able to operate the proper machinery for transportation of incoming materials, i.e. Manual and Electric Pallet jack operation.
The position can be physically demanding and may require physical exertion, requiring lifting containers or boxes up to 75 pounds.
