I am thrilled to share that we have made tremendous progress. The skills gap requirement is complete. The job descriptions are complete and have been distributed and signed by all the employees. The Employee Handbook has been completed and distributed. We have an organizational chart posted. Performance reviews have been completed for each employee. Thanks to [Barracuda] we have made a lot of progress and I am so pleased with all that we have accomplished. We appreciate all you have done to help us accomplish what seemed like a monumental task when we first started.
